Chicago! Get ready to celebrate Latin music, culture, and food. The inaugural Sueños Chicago Festival is set to take over Grant Park before spring ends. Over 15 Latin and Reggaeton artists are lined up to perform in Chicago’s front yard over Memorial Weekend. Excited? Here’s more about the event.
The brains behind Baja Beach Fest and Lollapalooza are putting together a Latin Reggaeton music festival in Chicago. With a mission to celebrate Latin culture and people through art and music, the event promises to be a unique experience.
The El Festival Latino Sueños is reportedly the largest event of its kind ever in Grant Park. Over two days, some of the top Latin and Reggaeton artists will take the stage at the festival. Sueños will also have art installations, bars, food vendors, afterparties, and a Ferris Wheel!
Sounds fun! When is it?
Sueños Chicago 2022 takes over Grant Park on 28 – 29 May. It’s Memorial Weekend, so you already have a reason to plan something fun. The festival begins at noon and is live until 10 pm on both days. Organizers are also planning afterparties at top Latin clubs in the city. Line-up and other details will be announced closer to the event dates.
Where is Grant Park?
Visiting from another city? You’ll have no trouble finding your way to Grant Park in the South Loop. The address for navigation is 337 E Randolph St. The 319-acre lakefront public park is in Chicago’s Central Business District. Hotels, restaurants, shopping, parking, other attractions…everything is just a quick walk away.

Sueños Chicago Lineup
Ozuna and Myke Towers will perform at Sueños Music Festival Chicago on Day 1, 28 May 2022. Ozuna is back in Chicago after four years! El Alfa, Natanael Cano, Jowell & Randy, Tokischa, BLESSD, EIX, DJ Fredy Fresco, and DJ Miriam are also on the Saturday line-up.
On Sunday, the final day of the inaugural Sueños Chicago, J Balvin tops the lineup. Sueños is Balvin’s only stop in Chicago for the whole year, and it will also be his first performance after Lollapalooza 2019. Wisin & Yandel is another Day 2 highlight. The Sueños show is part of the Reggaeton duo’s final tour, La Ultima Mision.
Jhay Cortez, Sech, Fuerza Regida, DJ Luian, Beéle, Cauty, La Gabi, and DJ Dynamiq are the other artists for Sueños Chicago 2022 closing day.
Sueños Chicago Tickets 2022
Sueños Chicago is an 18+ only event. Tickets are on sale now and available in multiple tiers for GA, VIP, and Platinum passes. As each tier gets sold out, the next tier becomes available. Ticket rates increase with each tier – book early for the best deal.
General Admission Pass: Tier 1 – $199, Tier 2 – $230, Tier 3 – $275
VIP Pass: Tier 1 – $500, Tier 2 – $550, Tier 3 – $600
Platinum Passes (Boleto de los Sueños Passes): Tier 1 – $1250, Tier 2 – $1500

Parking near Grant Park, Chicago
Whether you are familiar with Downtown Chicago or not, parking near Grant Park would be the least of your worries. Four large garages are located right beneath the park – Millennium Lakeside Garage, Millennium Park Garage, Grant Park South, and Grant Park South. Other options, including street parking, are also available nearby. But we wouldn’t recommend Chicago street parking for an event like Sueños Music Festival.
Sueños Chicago 2022 Parking
The Millenium Garages beneath Grant Park are undoubtedly the most convenient. Grant Park South Garage is closest to the festival entrances.
2 – 5 day extended Stay parking deals are available at all four on-site garages with In/Out access. Generally, the pass costs around $20 a day. But for Sueños Music Festival, all four garages offer a special 10% discount for two-day parking.
If you don’t mind a quick walk from your car park to Grant Park, off-site Downtown parking garages have better deals. You can save up to 50% when you book a spot online in advance. Daily rates start at $15 – $20 on parking apps like Way.com.
