Originally known as the Carolinas Stadium and then the Ericsson Stadium until 2004, the arena hosts the Belk Bowl and several non-sporting events. Where is Bank of America Stadium? 

The street address for Bank of America Stadium is 800 South Mint Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.  

 

There are three main entrances at the Panthers Stadium: The North Gate off Graham Street, The South Gate off Morehead Street, and Lowe’s Gate off Mint Street. All three Bank of America Stadium gates usually open two hours before kick-off.  

How to Get There by Car 

From the airport, take Josh Birmingham Parkway to Billy Graham Parkway South. Continue to I-77 north and look for exit signs at John Belk Freeway or Trade Street. If you are headed from the north on I-77, exit at Brookshire Freeway, Fifth Street, and Morehead Street.  

On I-85, exits are at Billy Graham Parkway, Freedom Drive, Brookshire Freeway, Sugar Creek Road, Graham Street, Statesville Avenue, or I-77 South. From the west on I-277, you can exit at I-77 South Graham Street, Church Street, or Brevard Street.  

You can also reach Bank of America Stadium from the east via Independence Boulevard (US 74). Follow signs for I-277 and look for exits at Sixth Street, Fourth Street, Stonewall Street, or South Boulevard. From the northeast, take NC 49/US 29 and follow Tryon Street to Church Street.

Is there parking at Bank of America Stadium? 

At Bank of America parking lots, on-site parking is available only for Panthers season ticket holders. Other event parking is also offered at these lots for concerts and other events – you can check availability and pre-book a spot here. But keep in mind that the official Bank of America parking lots see high demand during Panthers games and other popular events. Getting in and out of the lots, even with a pre-booked space, can get complicated in such cases. 

Bank of America Stadium lot 1 is across the North Gate, at the corner of Mint Street and Graham Street. Other event parking is also available at this lot, known as the Mint Street Parking Facility. There is a maximum vehicle height restriction of 7’ at this lot, and tailgating is not allowed. Bank of America Stadium lot 99 is the other official Panthers parking lot at College and 4th streets.  

Accessible Parking 

There is no reserved handicap parking at Bank of America Stadium lots. Parking is available for cars with a valid disability placard at Lot 1 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Carolinas Medical Center provides a free shuttle for visitors with a valid accessible parking placard on game days. You have to park uptown at 720 E. Morehead Street, and it costs $40 per car. The free shuttle ride begins two hours before kick-off, and it takes about 7-10 minutes to reach the stadium from this lot. Drop-off is at the intersection of Graham, Mint, and Stonewall streets. Return service begins at half-time.  

Bank of America RV parking and Tailgating are permitted at several off-site garages. Make sure to follow Bank of America Stadium tailgating guidelines to ensure safety.
