There’s good news, Minneapolis. This August, the legendary rock group Foo Fighters and their frontman Dave Grohl will rock the Twin Cities! The Foo Fighters tour is a truly welcome treat during ‘times like these.’<\/em> What’s that you said? ‘I’ve been waiting for this all my life<\/em>?’ We totally get it!<\/p>\n

The U.S. Bank Stadium event replaces the Huntington Bank Stadium show. That event was canceled after a bit of a dust-up about COVID-19 policies. The newly Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted band’s North American tour will happen over May, July, and August in 2022.<\/p>\n

According to a press release, the upcoming Foo Fighters gigs are part of the band’s 27th-anniversary tour. After their 25th-anniversary celebrations were canceled due to the pandemic, the Foo Fighters performed 26th-anniversary concerts earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Fans of the band will also be happy to know there’s a Foo Fighter’s movie coming out later this year! ‘Studio 666’ is a horror-comedy starring Foo Fighters.<\/p>\n
