This will allow you to relax in comfortable chairs and eat some yummy food, away from the hustle and bustle of the airport.\u00a0 Air France VIP Lounge, American Airlines Admirals Club, Swissport Lounge, and United Club are some of the lounges that will allow you in by paying at the door or by buying a single-use pass online. 7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Get Out of O’Hare!<\/h2>\n

As awesome as the ORD Airport, maybe, sometimes, you just need to step out of the airport more so if your layover is pretty long. O’Hare makes it pretty easy for you to explore your surroundings with the CTA Blue Line. The L Train from Terminal 2 will get you downtown in less than an hour. You can get to downtown Chicago in roughly half an hour on a cab or rideshare outside of peak hours.<\/p>\n

Once you’re outside the airport, you can explore some of Chicago’s world-class museums, including Field Music, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Adler Planetarium, and the Shedd Aquarium. Snap a picture at the very Instagram-worthy Bean sculpture in Millennium Park. Clamber atop the SkyDeck and take in the gorgeous views. If you have enough time, you could even go on a Chicago Riverboat cruise and take in the famous Chicago skyline. Sports can head over to the Wrigley Field, home to the Chicago Cubs, or Soldier Field, home to the Chicago Bears.
